Symptoms
When you try to create a new category with the same name as its parent
category nothing happens and the category is not created. However if you change
the name the category is created without any problem.
Cause
This is a problem that only occurs when the parent category is a placed
directly below a unit and the new category is given the same name as the parent.
It is caused by a constraint (rule) in the underlying database that states
that the combination of the Unit ID, Category Name and the Category Parent ID
must be unique.
Resolution
Customers that experience this problem should either create the category
with a different name or upgrade to Content Studio version 4.0 build
1005.
Status
This is a confirmed bug in Content Studio version 4.0. This problem has
been fixed in Content Studio version 4.0 build 1005.
